About Gemma
Gemma Stone is a psychology expert, neuroscience geek, author, speaker, and lover of life. She is laser focused on helping people build emotional intelligence and resilience so they can navigate the hard things that happen and live a life they love.
Gemma has been working in the field of psychology for over twenty years. Her formal training, degrees, certifications, and licenses range from psychology to executive coaching, to hypnotherapy, to neurolinguistic programming, and many more.
In addition to her work as a psychology expert, she creates courses for the company To Love This Life, facilitates retreats in the Rocky Mountains and consults with organizations internationally.
Gemma is the author of Your Great Life: a soulful and strategic guide to designing a life you love and has supported thousands of people creating lives they love.
When she’s not working, you can find her adventuring the world with her two Suns, making homemade dark chocolate treats, or curled up in a corner with a book.
