(This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114 the aftermath of the hardest thing I’ve ever shared | Gemma Stone

When I first began sharing online, I wrote from my head – the voice of the Psychologist.

There was life {private}.
And work {public}.

As time passed, the hard line I drew became softer.
My work became my life and my life became my work.

My heart and my head met in the land of my soul and my writing grew much more authentic, much more vulnerable, much more … me.

At the end of 2015, I told you about the hardest thing I’ve ever been through.

I tentatively revealed the tender bits of my life on the internet {a place that can feel like a scary land full of strangers}.

I was met with a tsunami of love.
Emails, phone calls, social posts, snail mail flew in from “strangers” around the world.

Even if I don’t know you, even if we’ve never met, I feel like I know you.

Thank you, for every little bit of the love you stream into the world.

Your love made a difference, to me.
You love makes a difference, for us.

PS – big thanks for the heartfelt responses you gave me to this question. I now have a whole lot to write about to help you live a life you love so we can all add love to the world. xx
