As you journey away from fearful living and into living a life you love, your best traveling companions will be Reflection and Responsibility.
Responsibility. Take responsibility for yourself and your life. Cleanse yourself from blame. It is toxic and it will poison your desire to be conscious and your ability to live a life you love.
Reflection. Examine the repetitive thoughts, core beliefs, defenses, and stories that emerge when you are unconscious or suffering. I believe, with all my heart, reflection leads to liberation.
Living with responsibility and reflection can be scary.
But what is even more terrifying is getting to the end of life and realizing you let fear prevent you from living a life you love.
We came here to live out the life that our soul desires, not the life that our parents, teachers, or friends want us to live, but the life that our souls call us to.
Living a life you love is not,
Acting to reinforce the ego
Seeking comfort or security
Gaining approval of others
Rebelling against social norms
Being a hostage to the unconscious
Living a life you love is all about living with personal authority.
It’s about knowing who you are, what you believe in, and allowing your internal compass to guide you accordingly.
If we are to live our most authentic and meaningful life, we must choose personal authority over the fear-based call to do what is expected of us.
People who live their lives from a place of personal authority are highly influential.
People will look up to you.
Remember to love.
